Dag has a soon 30 years experience from financial markets and asset management including equity and fixed income investments. He has been working mainly in specialist sales positions that require deep technical knowledge. In asset management, he has led several big product development projects. Dag has held several management roles, including Head of Sales, Head of Investment Specialists and membership of Management Committees. He has also co-funded an e-commerce company. Since April 2019, Dag has had a role of coordinating and driving the development of Sustainable and Responsible Investing for his previous employer, Alfred Berg Asset Management a Nordic subsidiary of BNP Paribas Asset Management. Other employers in his career has been Societe Generale and Lehman Brothers.

His educational background is Master level business school, NHH (Bergen, Norway) and HEC (Jouy-en-Jousas, France) completed with a CEFA – Certified European Financial Analyst from EFFAS and CESGA – Certified ESG Analyst Certification from EFFAS.

Areas of knowledge: Financial analysis, ESG-Sustainability analysis, Sales&Marketing, Project leadership,  Management, e-commerce, Web (HTML, Javascript, PHP, SQL)

Languages:

  • Professional working proficiency: Norwegian, Swedish, English and French.
  • Danish works rather well also.

Roles: Dag is a shareholder and Board of Directors Chairman of sustainAX AB. His main responsibility at sustainAX is Sustainability Consulting.

Susanna Lecander Messelt

Susanna Lecander Messelt - ESG Research - sustainAX

Susanna has experience from financial controlling functions at ABB.  She has managed successfully the most challenging of all for many years, a family. She has also co-funded an e-commerce company.

Her educational background is business school, International MSc of Business Administration and Economics for the Gothenburg School of Economics (Gothenburgh, Sweden) and ESC Rouen (France) completed with CESGA – Certified ESG Analyst certification from EFFAS.

Areas of knowledge: Financial analysis, ESG-Sustainability analysis,  e-commerce.

Languages:

  • Professional working proficiency: Swedish, French and English.
  • Norwegian and Danish works rather well also.

Roles: Susanna is a shareholder and Board of Directors member of sustainAX AB. Her main responsibility at sustainAX is ESG research.

Oscar Messelt

He is about to start the second of five years study of Master of Science in Engineering in Computer Science at Lunds Tekniska Högskola (LTH). 

Areas of knowledge: He is building knowledge in Java, Scala, R and VBA.

Languages:

  • Professional working proficiency: Swedish, English and French.
  • Norwegian and Danish works rather well also.

Roles: Oscar works part time for sustainAX alongside his studies. His main responsibility at sustainAX is development of technical solutions.
