Studentbostder i Norden's (SBS) operations consist of managing, acquiring, building and developing student housing. The company was formed in 2018 and the property portfolio initially consisted of 21 properties. SBS has since successfully grown into a property portfolio of 5563 student apartments in 18 locations and a project portfolio of over 3114 student apartments, including in Stockholm, Karlstad, Lund and Vxj. In addition, the company has entered into agreements for acquisitions which, when completed, will provide a property portfolio of an additional 173 student apartments. We are in continuous contact with higher education institutions and municipalities to identify new establishments or acquisitions of student housing. SBS sees properties in close proximity to the campus area or in central parts of the city as particularly interesting to expand in. SBS is constantly investing in new solutions that streamline property management and simplify for our tenants, including through digital tenant solutions. All so that our tenants can focus less on housing, and more on studies and student life.
