As a service and research company providing insights and advice based on human performance, we have a limited impact on the society outside the impacts from our services through our clients, but we can still do some things to ensure that our little contribution is good.<\/p>

Being a service company helping companies and investors to become more sustainable we like to think that our contribution to sustainability is positive.<\/p>

SASB Materiality Reporting<\/h6>

The SASB Materiality Map<\/a> for Professional and Commercial Services, where Consulting and Research services belong, highlights the following material Sustainability factors:<\/p>

SASB – Data Security<\/strong><\/p>

    1. Description of approach of identifying and addressing data security risks,\u00a0<\/li>
    2. Description of policies and practices for collection, usage and retention of customer data,<\/li>
    3. Reporting of number of data breaches,<\/li>
    4. Reporting of data breaches involving customer confidential business information,\u00a0<\/li>
    5. Reporting of data breaches for personally identifiable information,<\/li>
    6. Reporting of number of customers affected.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

      We store our data in the cloud with the world leading providers, but also have a local back up of our data. Most of our data is ESG research reports, client material and client data. The client data is stored only with the clients’ approval according to European regulation. <\/em><\/p>

      In terms of mitigating security risk, we have an active password renewal policy. All our computers, network disks and portable devices are protected with passwords.<\/em><\/p>

      We have had no breaches of data security per 30\/11\/2024\u00a0<\/em>since the start of the company<\/span>.<\/em><\/p>

          2 full time employees. The gender split among the full time employees is 50% female and 50% male. The nationality split is 100% Nordic, 50% Swedish, 50% Norwegian.<\/em><\/p>

          3 part time employees.\u00a0<\/em>The gender split among the part time employees is 33% female and 67% male. The nationality split is 100% Nordic, 100% Swedish.<\/em><\/p>

          Turnover rate in 2023 was 0% since the creation of the company. The gender\u00a0pay gap among\u00a0<\/i>full time employee<\/em>s is 0%.<\/i><\/p>

          Employee engagement is 100% as the 5 employees work in very close cooperation with quarterly feedback meetings.<\/em><\/p>
