Dag A.D. Messelt
Senior Sustainability Consultant and Senior Certified ESG analyst
“The big tipping point for me was when I realised that integrating sustainability is beyond any doubt improving the long term risk adjusted returns and hence not a choice, but something that all will start practicing. So companies need help to progress and become more transparent on sustainability and asset managers need help to integrate sustainability duly in their investment decisions. The latter starts with ESG research.”
Dag has a soon 30 years experience from financial markets and asset management including equity and fixed income investments. He has been working mainly in specialist sales positions that require deep technical knowledge. In asset management, he has led several big product development projects. Dag has held several management roles, including Head of Sales, Head of Investment Specialists and membership of Management Committees. He has also co-funded an e-commerce company. Since April 2019, Dag has had a role of coordinating and driving the development of Sustainable and Responsible Investing for his previous employer, Alfred Berg Asset Management a Nordic subsidiary of BNP Paribas Asset Management. Other employers in his career has been Societe Generale and Lehman Brothers.
His educational background is Master level business school, NHH (Bergen, Norway) and HEC (Jouy-en-Jousas, France) completed with a CEFA – Certified European Financial Analyst from EFFAS and CESGA – Certified ESG Analyst Certification from EFFAS.

Susanna Lecander Messelt
Senior Certified ESG Analyst
“The sustainable way is the only way in the long run, companies and asset managers have to show they understand this, even if they are small, public or private. Reading annual reports, sustainability reports and websites of smaller companies today tells us there is a big job to be done.”
Susanna has experience from financial controlling functions at ABB. She has also co-funded and managed an e-commerce company.
Her educational background is business school, International MSc of Business Administration and Economics for the Gothenburg School of Economics (Gothenburgh, Sweden) and ESC Rouen (France) completed with CESGA – Certified ESG Analyst certification from EFFAS.

Emma Blom
Certified ESG analyst

Emma has experience as a Junior Advisor at Statistics Denmark in Environmental Accounting and as a Sustainability Consultant with mainly focus in the food sector.
Her educational background is bachelor’s degree Engineering Mathematics at the Faculty of Engineering, LTH and a specialization as a Sustainability Specialist at Stockholm International Business School (Higher Vocational Education). She also attained Sustainergies Academy Program and is a Certified Sustainability Business Strategist completed with CESGA – Certified ESG Analyst certification from EFFAS.
